Triple Amber Steampunk Ring

At first glance, this seems to be a fairly simple ring, but as you look closer it becomes much more complicated.
The metal and amber used are fairly traditional steampunk colours, which could be positive or negative. It would be nice to see more of this sort of jewelry in 'non-steampunky' colours, but on the plus side this means that the ring would go well with most steampunk outfits. Amber often has a 'mystical' look to it and goes well with the unusual design of the ring, calling to mind the groups of three often found in mythology. The one thing that seems 'off' about the design is the amount of open space on the side of the ring. (This could just be personal preference.)
